Shake & Roll wants to offer the “better choice” alternative, not diet food, but healthier choices with good nutritional value that still offer amazing taste!

About Shake & Roll:

We specialize in providing high quality, great tasting, and healthy alternatives to the everyday fare. We use exclusively Boar’s Head Meats and Cheeses, the freshest produce and artisan breads delivered daily from local San Diego bakeries. Our special smoothie formulas have been developed especially to cater to our customers’ health and fitness goals! Our focus on maintaining the highest level of quality in our foods and the service we provide ensures our customers a great Shake & Roll experience.

Shake & Roll was opened with a health conscious theme in mind, from its’ beginnings as a simple smoothie, snack and sandwich stop. We have expanded into a full service café and catering service, from our espresso bar and breakfast specialties, to our signature sandwiches, salads and soups for which we are constantly creating new tastes-and developing new recipes. We maintain these high standards in the introduction of our catering department where we are dedicated to freshness and flavor, from our delectable hors d’ oeuvres, entrees and accompaniments, and don't forcet the decadent desserts like our chocolate fountain!
